What Is Included With a Photo Booth Rental?
By AKA Photo Booth

The phrase “photo booth included” can hide a lot of differences. Before you book, find out what guests receive, who operates the equipment, and what the company needs from your venue. Those details matter more than a long list of package names.
Our package overview separates digital booths, print booths, and 360 experiences. Your written booking details should confirm the exact package and any customization.
The setup and the people behind it
A booth needs equipment, lighting, a suitable location, and time to be installed. Ask who handles setup and breakdown and how early they need venue access. Operating hours should be clear so you don't mistake setup time for guest time.
An attendant helps guests get started, keeps the experience moving, and handles equipment questions. The packages on our pricing page list an attendant for digital and print booths, and two attendants for the large 360 experience. Staffing varies by package; confirm it for the option you choose.
What guests take home
Digital photos and sharing
A digital photo booth gives guests a capture they can share rather than a physical print. Our digital package lists text and email sharing and a gallery. Ask the venue about connectivity and confirm the sharing workflow with your provider before the event.
Printed keepsakes
A booth with prints adds a keepsake guests can hold. Our print package lists 2x6 or 4x6 prints, a custom template, digital sharing, props, and a gallery. Clarify how print copies work when a group poses together and where guests collect them.
360 video
A 360 experience records moving video around a platform. The large platform package lists a custom overlay, lighting, sharing station, and video gallery. Don't expect a photo strip simply because the service is called a booth.
Backdrops, props, and design
These aren't identical across all packages. A digital package may list a standard backdrop, while a themed or custom printed backdrop can be a separate request. If your invitation has specific colors or your company has branding rules, provide those assets early.
- Ask which backdrop is included and whether it fits the room.
- Confirm whether props suit the audience and event tone.
- Request a preview of the photo template or video overlay.
- Check spelling, dates, logos, and readability before approving artwork.
The venue still has a role
In a Plantation ballroom or a Broward County community room, someone needs to confirm power, floor space, access, and placement. For an outdoor event, discuss weather protection and a backup location. A booth package does not replace the venue's permission to use a particular area.
Put those answers beside the rental inclusions. You'll have a clearer comparison and fewer last-minute questions. Our rental guide explains the different experiences, and the team can help match the package to your event.
